Rooms, fees, food, safety and complaints — the things every hostel deals with every day. We put all of them on one screen, so students stop standing in queues and wardens stop chasing paper.

Why it helps
One admission form — times four hundred students. One fee receipt — times twelve months. That is where the whole year goes. Here is what changes from day one.
The student journey
Six steps, all from a phone. No office visit needed at any point.
STEP 01
One login with your MahaCET details. No new form to fill.
STEP 02
Filter by distance from college, budget, boys or girls, food type.
STEP 03
The form is already filled. Check it, attach documents, submit.
STEP 04
Warden allots a bed. Your allotment letter arrives the same minute.
STEP 05
UPI or card, from anywhere. Receipt on screen instantly.
STEP 06
Menu, meal votes, complaints, leave and attendance — all in the app.
Total office visits required: zero. Total forms printed: zero.
01 · ROOM ALLOCATION
A student applies from their phone. The warden sees the request, checks the live bed chart, and allots a room in two taps. The allotment letter reaches the student instantly. Nobody walks to the office. Nobody opens a register.
02 · PAYMENTS
No demand draft. No trip to the bank. No counter that shuts at 4pm. Students see exactly what is due, pay by UPI or card, and get the receipt on screen before they lock their phone. The office sees the money land in real time.
03 · DIGITAL MESS
Students check the menu in the morning and tap yes or no for lunch. By 10am the cook has a real headcount instead of a guess. Less food is made, less food is thrown, and the mess bill stops paying for meals nobody ate.
04 · COMMUNICATION
A broken fan, a leave request, a fee query, a notice about Sunday's water supply — all of it goes through the portal instead of five WhatsApp groups. Every message has a name against it and a status, so nothing quietly disappears.
05 · ANTI-RAGGING & SAFETY
The hardest part of reporting ragging has never been the form. It is being seen walking to the warden's office. Here a student reports from their bed, at midnight, and it lands directly with the anti-ragging committee — timestamped, recorded, and impossible to quietly misplace.
And the rest of it
Each one saves a walk to the office, a phone call, or a page in a register.
Daily hostel attendance marked digitally, visible to the warden and to the student.
Want to change rooms or move in with a friend? Request it, get it approved, done.
Going home for the weekend? Raise the request, the warden approves it on their phone.
Book a guest room for visiting parents, with its own receipt, in a couple of minutes.
Water supply, exam schedules, mess timings — posted once, delivered to everyone.
Any doubt about fees, documents or rules — ask it and get a written answer.
Bookmark hostels while you decide, and compare fees and facilities side by side.
Real photos of the rooms, mess and grounds, plus the full facility list for each hostel.
Owners apply online, get verified by CET, and their listing goes live.
What it actually saves
*Depends on how many students vote. The more that vote, the closer the count.
